Philly Gift Shop will never share customer's personal or purchase information with any third parties. We only use the information you provide to facilitate your purchases. Philly Gift Shop does not store credit card or bank account information from customers on our premises. The order processing is accomplished through I-transact (tm), and is a closed, secured transaction.

If at any time this policy should change, all customers and clients will be given thirty (30) days notice, and will always be given the option to keep the aforementioned data private and secure.

The only e-mails clients will ever receive from Philly Gift Shop will be requested information. Philly Gift Shop does not employ unsolicited mass electronic mailings of any kind. Customers and clients are always welcome to contact us via electronic mail, phone, or fax, and can expect complete confidentiality.
